When you check-in to Suite Sweets, Nana will give you a hotel key which has your assigned "type" listed on the back of it. What is a type anyway?
In Sweet Suites, types are there to help "guide" you to reaching maximum satisfaction. When achieving a mission with one of the other guests, they will find themselves causing an extra effect on that guest, hopefully to facilitate a better experience. If your character ends up with a positive experience, they'll leave behind a positive effect. If your character ends up with a negative experience, they'll leave behind a negative effect.
Either way, these effects are meant to add extra flavor and fun!
How will I know icly what type someone is?
On Floor 03, everyone will have a tattoo of the type on their skin somewhere. There will also be a note on your card key.
Will floor 2 types still work?
The card suit types for floor 2 will work on floor 2, and only on floor 2.
So for floor 3, does our types work with anyone?
Yes! Your type can influence anyone you complete a mission with. There will be no type to type advantage on this floor, one type can have an advantage over any other type.
What if I don't want to play this out? What if I forget to play it out?
That's fine! Think of it like there's always a chance to be paralyzed with a thundershock, but it's always a chance. Sometimes it lands, and sometimes it doesn't. This is just a random bonus status effect chance that can happen that can help enhance fun things to play with the cr you're playing with. No one has to play if they don't want to.
How long do these positive/negative advantages last?
They will last as long as a player needs to for fun, but the general rule is up to half a day and/or until the next mission is done!
will these side effects trigger every time a mission is completed, even if it doesn't earn points?
Yes. If it becomes cumbersome to a thread every single time, it's legal to say that the type didn't trigger, too, but presumably, it should be yes.
