frontdeskNana is the young lady who works the front desk. Actually, she's the only one you'll ever see at the front desk. No matter what time of day or night, she's always the one who answers the phone when you call for assistance. It is extremely rare for her NOT to be at the desk, and it's very unlikely you'll run into that situation unless she's visiting you personally.
It is no surprise that she's often seen looking anxious or nervous about something since it doesn't seem like this girl has had a break in a year.
Oh yeah, she claims to be a succubus.
✨MAINTENANCE MAN
wetmopThis man is simply known as "Maintenance Man", though he will often grumble about "his old job", that of which he is averse to give out concrete details—all you can really get out of him is that he was not a maintenance man back then. He seems awfully distinguished and more often than not, when you strike up conversation with him, he will lament the fact that he is not yet retired. Perpetually tired of everyone.
If something goes astray in Sweet Suite, it's likely that Maintenance Man will be the one to appear to fix it.
He is probably something, but all of his pings are dramatically overpowered by the sheer amount of tired old man vibes he gives off.
