1F - THE LOBBY
✨THE FRONT DESK

The lobby is located on the ground floor and is the first room that everyone starts in. It's a large open area that's always clean and newly renovated, with plenty of new chairs to sit in and tvs that's always playing the weather channel (and no, there aren't remotes out in the open.) Nana is always there.
There's computers you can use, too, and if you need to print something, you can do it here.
✨ THE GYM

It's your average joe exercise room! It has nice purple lighting though. You can find whatever regular exercise equipment you need although clothes do not come included. Weirdly enough, you can look out the windows to see grass and hedges (and what time of day it is), but you can't see anything beyond that.
✨LAUNDRY

Maybe you don't want to do laundry upstairs. As long as you have your phone (which has a laundry phone app), you can do laundry for free. Otherwise you need shop credit. Yes detergent and dryer sheets are available, but if you keep stealing the soap, you might get a wrist-slap from Nana.
✨ BREAKFAST BAR

Every morning, breakfast will be available from 6AM to 10AM! You have standard hotel fare which includes: eggs, sausage, waffles and syrups, oatmeal and grits, fruit, cereal, milk, yogurt, bagels, fruits, and apple/orange juice. Coffee, too! Basically standard breakfast fare is here. There is a sign that says "Please do not bring food back to the hotel room".
Once breakfast is closed, you won't be able to get more food, but you can still come down here to relax from any crazy hullaballoo upstairs.
✨THE SHOPS

When you go down a hallway in the lobby, you find yourselves in the shopping area where you can purchase and buy whatever you want or need from the Shop Credits. You input your desires in a screen and Nana will have your purchase ready at the register.
...
Yes she is always at the register. No matter which register. You are not entirely sure where she comes from, but she's there.
✨THE SPA

Near the hotel's lobby is a door labelled SPA, and that is, in fact, what is beyond it!
There's a set of small warm jet pools to soak in, and maybe beds to lay in nearby, but off to the side, where there is some privacy to be had, are a couple of small rooms dedicated to everything someone would need in order to give—and receive—a massage. It's loaded with every lotion you can think of, and stocked with many soft (or silky, for the aesthetic) bathrobes.
A sauna is tucked into the corner, and next to it is a steam room, if that's your preference.
There's also spots for other personal care things as well; nail salons, a set up to get a facial, etc. All of the self-care and relaxtion needs you could possibly have to satisfy
